Julian and his crew were excellent to work with. Communication was great throughout the whole process, the price was fair, and the job was completed quickly and professionally. We recently had some heavy rain and could already see a noticeable improvement in how the yard drains after the grading work. Very happy with the result and would definitely recommend them to others.

These guys were AWESOME! They were very professional and a pleasure to work with. They came twice for estimates because the scope of the project changed and they were very patient and accommodating. The scope changed again at the very end and they were happy to help. I’ll always utilize their services going forward. Can’t say enough good things about them!

Everyone should use Nextview Development. They show up on time, complete the work in the time they said it would take, and did it for the price that was agreed upon. True professionals who take pride in their work and the both jobs I had done turned out even better than I thought they would. If you need Landscape Construction or any kind of Landscaping Services, you should definitely contact Julian at Nextview Development.

We are incredibly impressed with the work Julian and his team recently completed at our home. From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, friendly and skilled. From our first meeting with Julian, we knew we were in great hands. He took the time to explain in detail their complete process, provided a detailed quote, met with us at a supplier to discuss options and promptly responded to any questions we had about the project. Our property was kept tidy throughout the entire process, and they finished the project (porch coping, parking pad, walkway and backyard patio) exactly on schedule.I’d definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a solid, reliable crew for your landscaping needs.

Julian and his team are skilled, knowledgeable professionals who take great pride in their work. We recently had our driveway expanded and repaved, and the final result exceeded our expectations. We can now comfortably fit two vehicles side by side, and the driveway looks fantastic. Julian took the time to ensure every detail was done properly and that the finished product not only functioned well but also enhanced the appearance of our property. We also have several future projects for our backyard, and Julian was more than happy to discuss ideas, offer advice, and offered to help us plan everything out. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. Julian and his team were professional, reliable, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality workmanship and outstanding customer service

I couldn’t be happier with the expertise and workmanship of Nextview. I had a very difficult drainage issue with my backyard, and they were able to fix it. We were very pleased with Next View’s hard-landscaping work recently completed on our property (May 2026). Julian and his team were a pleasure to work with, very courteous, and respectful of our property. They removed and replaced rotten timbers from two large culverts on our property, completed the job quickly and left the work site spotless. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to others.

I had a 13x13 patio slab shed based installed by Nextview and I highly recommend Nextview Development. They responded quickly to all my requests. They took the time to come to my home to view what I wanted to have completed. They added me to their schedule very quickly and had the job done in one day while leaving my property in great condition. Exceptional work and exceptional customer service.

Dealing with Julian Gabriel in Ajax was an absolute pleasure. He was first recommended to us a few years ago when we were looking to add interlock to both sides of our driveway and do some driveway repair. He met with me at the appointed time to discuss what we wanted done and again at Arnts to select the stones. He and his team arrived when they said they would and did a fantastic job. When I mentioned that I felt that the garden beside the walkway to the entrance seemed unfinished he immediately ordered stones to butt up against the path. Since then our parking requirements changed and we needed the interlock widened again. He met with me to discuss what I wanted and once again came right on schedule and was able to match the existing stones even though they had since been discontinued. We are very pleased with the work and can now park all of our vehicles comfortably in the driveway. I would highly recommend Julian and his team for any interlocking projects.

Julian and his team are superstars. They built our deck from scratch and demo-ed an old existing one in only 5 days, providing guidance and recommendations at every step. We couldn’t be happier with the results and can’t recommend them enough. The work was best-in-class. The price was very fair. And the customer support was exemplary. We will be working with them again on new projects.

BEFORE vs AFTER images below.I submitted an online request for a quote and i was contacted within a few hours by Julian, who in turn came out the following day for observations, measurements and answered questions i had etc.. It was refreshing to physically see, touch and choose the stone selections that would be used for the project.on the agreed upon start date and time, Julian and team were courteous, punctual and exercised exceptional workmanship. Julian gave me suggestions/inputs on patterns/color coordination, which made an immense difference. importantly, my driveway, grass and work area were kept clean throughout. They worked quickly and with accuracy. Aesthetically, I now have the BEST looking front porch on my street. I WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMEND USING THEIR SERVICES- efficient, punctual, reliable, organized, responsive, reasonably priced with a keen sense of direction and attention to details.

Julian and his crew were excellent. They came by and provided a quote a short time after I'd contacted them.About a month before the project started, he contacted me to confirm details and came by again for final measurements. Our project was the expansion of patio stones to provide more usable space for backyard socializing.I really enjoyed how he worked with us to focus our ideas into goals. The project was done professionally and the entire crew was super nice. From the initial quote to the actual work being done, it was a quick and smooth process! Julian and his crew performed full gutting/excavation of my backyard, laid down sod, did a section of interlocking stones, and a rock path as well! I live in an area in Ajax where the grass isn't always greener but Nextview came and took my jungle and turned it into a paradise. Thanks guys!

We have used Julian and his Nextview team twice in the past 2 years. They are very pleasant to communicate with, professional, courteous, knowledgeable and competitively priced. They added topsoil and leveled out my large backyard and added some beautiful Emerald Cedars as a privacy screen in front of a chain link fence, working around some large and deep roots - huge improvement! And they will look even better a year from now when they've filled out horizontally and grown vertically! Not only that, but they were extremely clean and respectful of my property. Not a single piece of garbage left behind! Highly recommend for any kind of landscaping/exterior work!

Julian and his team made our very worn out and tired front yard breathe new life! It was incredibly easy to book a quick quote with Julian - who listened to what my partner and I envisioned, shared his expertise, and helped us with the most beautiful and eye-catching front steps and driveway. Our goal was to extend the width to better fit two vehicles, and make something both modern and warm looking - and we got it! He was efficient when it came to booking time to get the job done, highly communicative, and made every step of this process a smooth one. Thank you so much Julian, and to your team, for the wonderful work!

Amazing experience from Team Nextview. After being left high and dry mid project by another local company, nextview not only helped restore our property, but went back and pointed out (and corrected) mistakes made by the previous contractor. Our property was left in shambles, and we're thankful for their quick acting service.

Out of all the landscaping companies and backyard deck companies I chose to work with Julian for the following reasons: 1) Communication 2) Easy Process 3) Expertise. From Day 1 Julian was extremely transparent with this job and it turned out well above your hat we were expecting. We look forward to working with you again on the front landscaping and we appreciate our long term partnership together!

I reached out to Next View Development as they came highly recommended, and Julian was able to quickly come by, assess the project and send a quote. I decided to use them for a complete landscaping renovation and I’m glad I did. They were extremely hard-working, completing the project on budget and on schedule. I’m very happy with the results and would recommend using them for your next project.

End to end we had a seamless experience with Julian and his team. My husband and I made several changes to the original plan and Julian was not only patient with us, but updated the quote several times without issue. NV development provides a detailed quote of the cost breakdown, leaving nothing to ambiguity. Everything was very clear. The team worked very hard to complete the work and were always courteous and polite with any questions or requests we had. We couldn't be happier with the finished product (new privacy fence, stepping stones/rock placement and planting - front and backyard). Thank you to the team! Will definitely use them again for future projects.

From the moment they arrived, their promptness was evident. They started the project right on schedule and worked diligently to ensure every detail was attended to without delay. One of the standout aspects of working with Julian and his team was their incredibly friendly attitude. Highly do not recommend. My parents who had work done at one of their other houses and had a decent experience decided to hire Julian again for their current home. They needed interlocking along the driveway and interlocking in the backyard to match existing interlocking in place. Julian ended up sending pictures of what he thought matched the best for the existing interlocking.I ended up meeting Julian the day before he was to begin the job as he needed to move some irrigation and my initial impression was very good as he seemed professional and upbeat. Then came job day. I saw him in the morning as he had already started and had an instant negative vibe from him. Seemed he didn't want to be there or something was going on. My mom had a Doctors appointment as she is being screened for cancer and has extremely high blood pressure and doing testing. As I work nights I informed him I would be going to sleep, but if he had any questions or concerns to call me and text him my number.During that time he managed to lay down the interlocking in the back and get work done in the front. The colour of the interlocking was grey compared to the reddish existing interlocking. It didn't match at all which I will attach pictures of.The next day my parents spoke to Julian about this and he approached me asking if I spoke to them. First off, my parents are his employer, not me. I did let him know to contact me if there was an issue, but not if his employers had a problem with something. So I informed him they did about the colour and told him it doesn't match at all. I informed him if I was the owner of a business and saw the colour difference between the existing and new interlocking, I would have approached the customer to confirm it is what they wanted. He was informed they wanted it to match. The same day my dad went to the same landscaping company he got his supplies and found an almost exact match of the interlocking and brought it back and let Julian know that it was a match and would like to have it installed.Well Julian didn't like what I had to say and what my dad had to say . He played it off like nothing was wrong and pulled a suck and business tantrum. He rushed the one side of the driveway interlocking where it is sticking above the driveway line about half an inch as well as only putting the poly sand on about half the side. He left the back unfinished and never showed up again without saying a word. Now my parents realizing the stone was already down, and they picked one of the 2 stones he sent through email as a match tried to work something out. After trying numerous times to get in touch with Julian, my dad finally got a hold of him and said if they were to remove the current stone and have it returned, if he could install the matching stone. He informed my dad it was a possibility only to have him ignore any further attempts of contact.I wouldn't write such a long review if it wasn't such a bad experience, but Julian is an arrogant piece of work and if you want your work done right and not worry about asking questions or giving input for how you want a job done on your property, do not hire him.Was the last thing my parents needed with everything else they are dealing with.By far the worst contractor experience. The pictures include the work he left and colour he thought matched vs what my dad found in 5 minutes.
